The location of the work is shown on Sheet 3 of 46. Work covered by these Contract Documents in general covers the following: o Provide internal joint seals on existing air header o Provide tapping sleeves, pipe taps, and blind flanges for new access points to existing air header o Provide weld repairs of exterior steel air header o Provide masonry removal and restoration o Replace ductile iron pipe and fittings o Provide stainless steel air pipe and fittings o Provide valves o Provide expansion joints o Remove and replace conduit and wiring o All other work as shown in the Contract Documents. Execute planning, field measurement, coordination with other trades, cutting, fitting, and patching of work, required to: Make the several parts fit properly. Uncover work to provide for installation of out of sequence work. Remove and replace work not conforming to requirements of the Contract Documents. Remove and replace defective work. Remove samples of installed work as specified for testing. Install specified work in existing construction. As applicable to the work scope of each specific section, in addition to the specified requirements, upon written instructions of the Engineer: Uncover work to provide for the Engineer's observation of covered work. Carefully remove samples of installed materials for testing. Carefully remove work to provide for alteration of existing work. Do not endanger any work by cutting or altering work or any part of it. Do not cut or alter work of another contractor. Do not cut structural or reinforcing steel.
