Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rapho Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to curb, sidewalk, and ADA improvements along East Main Street (SR 0230). A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024, Questions received regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Location : Online portal. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; requirement of a non collusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Rapho Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
