Reference Number 0000279708 City of Portage la Prairie Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project - Supply of Membrane Treatment Equipment consisting of first-stage immersed Microfiltration (MF) or Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane system followed by second-stage Nanofiltration (NF) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane system treating surface water from the Assiniboine River and producing a permeate flow of 38 MLD at 0.5 degrees Celsius.
