The Morris County Park Commission requests bids from qualified vendors for the Refuse Collection and Removal Services at Various Park Commission Locations This bid proposal is for the furnishing of refuse collection and removal services to be performed under this specification comprising the furnishing and supplying, at the expense of the contractor, all necessary labor, transportation and equipment including specified receptacles, tools, materials, and incidentals required to perform the service of collecting, removing and disposing of all refuse from the locations as specified. Solid waste & recycling collection and disposal services shall be for three (3) years, to commence on January 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2027, following the terms of these Bid Specifications and N.J.AC. 7:26H-6 et seq.; and with the option of two (2) additional one-year extensions following N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq., for a total not to exceed five (5) years or December 31, 2029.
