It is understood that all materials and equipment needed to perform the aforementioned services are the sole responsibility of the contractor to purchase and maintain. Each bidder must supply a copy of the Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate. Each bidder must supply a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration as per P.L. 2004, 57 (Chapter 57). Both certificates must accompany this bid.
