Pepsi Way, North Towne Road & Zeier Lane Construction DeForest, WI Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: Project No. 230265 Pepsi Way, North Towne Road & Zeier Lane Construction - to include: Construction on Pepsi Way (3250 LF), North Towne Road (1300 LF), and Zeier Lane (500LF), including excavation, grading, base course, storm sewer, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt trail, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The Village of DeForest reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Est. Completion Date: June 1, 2025 Est. Value: $ 3,000,000.00 Question Deadline 10/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
