The work of this project includes replacing 264 variable message signs on 13 LRT platforms and 7 commuter rail stations. Work includes some conduit, cabling, and concrete work at most stations. Scope of Work. CONTRACTOR shall complete the Work in the manner and within the time specified in the Contract Documents and furnish labor, materials, tools, appliances, and other items necessary or incidental to the Work required byor reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, and techniques of construction, except for means, methods, or techniques expressly detailed on the Drawings or explicitly required by the Specifications.
