Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with parking lot sealcoating and restriping in three (3) parking lots on hospital grounds. Contractor to prepare areas by cleaning all vegetation and debris from cracks, edges, and surface. Contractor to prepare asphalt for hot crack sealant, sealcoat, and restriping. Deadline for Submission of Questions : October 15, 2024 2:00PM Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Ashley.Davis2@dsh.ca.gov and Jennifer.Adamak@dsh.ca.gov .
