All concrete that is to be used for this project shall be the current KCMMB 4K with granite aggregate and a 28 day compressive strength of 4,000 PSI. The project includes proposed storm sewer and reinforced concrete box, open channel bank stabilization, realignment of sanitary sewer main and associated lateral transfers. This project includes a base bid and two bid alternates totaling more than 4,700 linear feet of 12" to 60" HDPE storm sewer, reinforced concrete box culverts, and reinforced concrete pipe. The project also includes gabion baskets, modular block walls, concrete headwalls, associated sanitary sewer and water main relocation, and all related utility, demolition, excavation, embankment, grading, street, curb, driveways, erosion control, and landscape work.
