The City of Independence is seeking to partner with a firm to provide Construction Manager services on their proposed renovations for the City Center facility located at 20201 E. Jackson Drive, Independence, MO 64057. This project includes significant interior renovations, entrance revisions, and new site amenities, as well as other defined scope. The existing building is currently vacant, ready for renovations that will house multiple City of Independence departments and functions.
