The project generally includes materials, supplies, and equipment needed for road and drainage reconstruction in the Township of Eastampton on an as requested basis from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with a potential for three (3) 1-year extensions as determined by the Township Council. Specifications and Contract Documents for the proposed work, prepared by Environmental Resolutions, Inc., Consulting Engineers, have been filed in the Office of the Township Engineer at 815 East Gate Drive - Suite 103, Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during normal business hours. The proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Kim-Marie White, Township Clerk, Eastampton Township, 12 Manor House Court, Eastampton, NJ 08060. Please submit your Letter of Federal Approval or your New Jersey Certificate of Employee Information Report with this bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, an Ownership Disclosure Form, State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification, and a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Price Bid in the proposal; except that when the Total Price Bid is $200,000.00 or more, the amount of the proposal guarantee shall be $20,000.00. In no case shall the guarantee be less than $500.00. The proposal guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, or certified check, or cashier's check or a combination thereof, and must be drawn to the order of Township of Eastampton and must be delivered to the place and by the hour above-named. Proposals received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance bond in the sum of the full amount of the contract. All proposals submitted by corporations or partnerships shall list names of stockholders in accordance with P.L. 1977, C.33. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 which is an act relating to affirmative action in relation to discrimination in connection with certain public contracts; and shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with P.L. 1963, C.150. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Township of Eastampton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any insignificant defect or informality in any bid should it be in the interest of the Township to do so.
