Reverse Auction Policy & Procedures can be found in Exhibit A for the purchase of the following chemicals to be used in the Water Utilities Department: Liquid Chlorine Liquid Orthophosphate Fluorosilicic Acid Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed material, equipment and/or labor services is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Procurement Agent responsible for this bid, Nathan Miller, via email (nrmiller@leopardo.com) or via the "CuyahogaFalls.Leopardoprocurement.com", a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed documents or changes therein will be made only by addendum duly issued and a copy of such addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. The Procurement Agent will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretations of the proposed documents Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into.
