CFES is soliciting proposals from contractors to raise center median Route 8 street lights to the top of the center median barrier. Bidders must follow the bid requirements as set forth in the RFP document. Bids must be held valid for 60 days. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein.
