Renovation of a municipal facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,520-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
** As of 2/14/2025 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 11,2025** Reworks Administration Building 1 Bids will be received for the following: ESTIMATE A. General Construction$2,570,000.00 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Ohio, or by a certified check on a solvent bank, payable to The Summit Akron Solid Waste Management Authority (dba ReWorks), in a sum equal to ten percent (10 %) of the amount of the bid. The certified check or bond will be held as a guarantee that if the proposed bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for same. Each bid shall contain the full name of every person and company interested in the same and must be sealed in an envelope and endorsed with the identification of the appropriate contract. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
