The Town of Wallingford is accepting bids for "Roof Replacement for Sewer Admin Building 155 John Street". Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions concerning the work requirements of this bid should be submitted through the Purchasing Portal The Town of Wallingford is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace a flat roof for the Sewer Admin building located at 155 John Street, Wallingford. The current roof was installed in approximatley 1990. Aproximate dimensions of roof: 80 feet x 43 feet. All bid Prices are to: o Be for complete and professional installation o Include all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and supervisor o Include removal and disposal of existing roofing system o Contractor must be certified by manufacturer to be an installer of the product proposed and for the type of installation o Contractor must be licensed and insured to perform such work in the State of Connecticut o Three (3) references for work similar in size and scope must be provided o Apply for and provide permit o Upon arrival set up all safety related requirements and provide dumpsters for debris
