Custodial Services The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District ("District") is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies for Custodial Services. All proposals must meet NICTD's specifications as further described in the Proposal Packet. NICTD is not responsible for proposals that failed to upload prior to the submission deadline. Proposals must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the proposal package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a proposal. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for these projects is ten percent (10%) of the proposal price. Proposers are required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed the District's goal. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD will interview and enter into negotiations with any proposer it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. NICTD reserves the right to accept any proposals within 90 days after the time of the opening of the proposals, during which time no proposal shall be withdrawn.
