Project Description The 1885 Brown Mansion is a historic landmark that houses the Westchester Township History Museum, offering a variety of activities and research opportunities for residents, area visitors, and researchers. This project includes exterior envelope repairs, including masonry, roofing, exterior millwork and veranda, entrances, and light fixtures. Interior renovation work includes repairs in the basement, levels 2 and 3, and upgrades to mechanical systems. Sitework includes site demolition / excavation, site concrete, asphalt paving, fencing / misc. metals, landscaping, and upgrades to site utilities. A 5,676 SF, two-story, at-grade structure with a finished attic space will be added to the structure to resemble the historic barn that once stood on the property.
