Renovation of a mixed-use development in Haines, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
THE WORK includes supplying and installing full backup power systems including generators, automatic transfer and network capabilities at the Haines Borough Administration building, the Library building and the Piedad Water Treatment Facility according to the supplied drawing plan set and equipment specifications for the project(s). Basic operating, maintenance and software training shall be provided to borough personnel at substantial completion by contractor or equipment supplier(s). Question Deadline 10/14/2024 at 6:00 PM AKT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Contracts & Grants Administrator. SCHEDULE. The Contractor shall be ready to begin the project immediately upon award. The intent is to complete the project by 12/31/2024. SITE OF WORK. The site of the WORK is at the Administration and Library buildings at 103 and 111 3rd avenue in Haines, Alaska as well as the Piedad Water Treatment facility at the north terminus of Piedad Rd. in Haines, Alaska.
