Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Jamestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project will generally consist of the re- pair of the concrete abutment as well as the installation of riprap scour protection and general restoration activities. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those per- sons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the contract documents. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders must be prequalified in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408, Section 102.01 and/or Township reo quirement8. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Pre- vailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject and or all bids and to waive any informalities In the bidding. Bids may held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bid for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
