As of September 17, 2025, this project is in pre-construction phase. An architect and construction has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to take place in Oct of 2026. This City of Twin Falls is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from all interested persons and/or firms for comprehensive architectural services for the design and development for the construction of a storage and evidence facility. The successful firm selected through the City's effort by this Request for Qualification (RFQ) will provide comprehensive architectural services for the following phases: The Design of a Police Evidence and Storage Facility Construction Management of the project The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualification statements.
