As of October 24, 2024 project was awarded to System Tech, awarded amount is $366,910.69. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Replace traditional addressable fire alarm system with voice evacuation fire alarm system for entire building. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. SCOPE OF WORK A. Furnish and install all materials and equipment and provide all labor required and necessary to complete the work shown on the drawings and/or specified in all Sections of Division 26 and all other work and miscellaneous items, not specifically mentioned, but reasonably inferred for a complete installation, including all accessories required for testing the system. It is the intent of the drawings and specifications that all systems be complete and ready for operation.
