Site work, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a detention facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 15,040-square-foot detention facility.
Wright Avenue Jail - Twin Falls County Phase I Twin Falls County will be renovating their property at 2515 Wright Ave to be utilized as the County Jail. This first phase includes renovation of existing space and new construction. Starr Corporation is serving as the CMGC on this project. As questions arise during the bid process, please contact Tim Pollard via email. tim@starrcorporation.com. PLEASE NOTE: - Schedule: Notice of Award on or prior to August 21, 2024. Because of potential schedule delays due to procurement please plan on submitting material submittals on or before September 6, 2024. This will allow for timely procurement of necessary materials. Site work to commence on, or before, September 9, 2024.
