Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Twin Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner is planning to construct the following work for which CM Services are required. The work will be executed in phases as determined during programming and design: Canyon Trail Junction Development - The City of Twin Falls is proposing to construct a waterwise trail head located on the Canyon Rim Trail. The existing site is approximately 3 acres, with 2 acres of undeveloped land and another acre of existing asphalt parking lot, gravel driveway and compacted gravel fire lane. The project includes the construction of a new approach and expanded parking lot, the installation of a prefabricated restroom with a concrete pad and ADA accessible approach, gravel and concrete pathways, paver patio, artificial turf, landscaping, drip irrigation and site amenities including shade structures, benches, and outdoor exercise features. The Owner may elect to forward some questions to their architect, Stack Rock Group, but all questions must be submitted in writing in email format by August 23, 2024 and directed to Chance Munns. Submitting firms are NOT to contact the project architect, other City employees, or elected officials.
