Construction of the Phase I Sanitary Sewer Collection and Wastewater Treatment System Improvements. Major components of the Work include: Contract I - Lagoon Sludge Removal o Removal and disposal of approximately 1.21 MG Contract II - Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation o 12,260 LF 8" CIPP o 2,120 LF 10" CIPP o 433 VF Manhole Rehabilitation o 40 LF Spot Repair o 18 EA Service Wye Replacement o 572 GAL Service Grouting The Work will be substantially completed on or before the dates noted below and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before the dates noted below: Substantial Completion September 1, 2025 Final Completion September 30, 2025 Davis-Bacon and Related Acts: This project requires federal prevailing wage rates. All provisions relative to those acts must be met.
