Preliminary Estimate: Base Bid: $1,500,000 You are invited to bid on a General Contract for the construction of the Tenant Improvements to the Office of Public Defense at the Benton County Justice Center in the City of Kennewick. The project consists of an interior remodel of approximately 5,600 SF including demolition, new walls, finishes, and associated mechanical and electrical system modifications.
