This project will be a design-build style project, as detailed plans are not available. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to provide bids based on this standards and specifications document. Location of project site is 1450 Oconomowoc Parkway, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. This work shall include all supplies and labor necessary to complete the project. Roofing will leave existing shingles and install 2x4 grid system . Install 31 G-rib 29 gauge barn steel, 29 gauge eave trim, rake trim, and ridge. Exposed fasteners. This includes rental lift and dumpster. Patio/Pavillionl6xl6 Pavilion with new 4" of concrete slab, compacted stone, existing concrete removed. 10x10 white pine posts and headers, trusses, metal roof, metal soffit/fascia and metal 3' barn panels under Pavilion. Closing in the west and east ends of barn with materials to match existing, adding trim work to existing windows that have plywood on them and snow brakes over Pavilion on main Sothern barn roof Double Door 6/0 X 6/8 Double Door Hollow Metal Slabs insulted Flush Outswing, Passable Door with Head and Foot Bolt, Single Bore, Enty Lock, 5-3/4 Hollow Metal Frame, Punch and Dimple with Screws, Weather-strip, Threshold with RP Hinges. The City of Oconomowoc is requesting Bids for Chapman Barn roof, door & patio restoration project for the reconstruction of Chapman Barn at Chapman Park.
