all required documents. Wyndegate Drive Pump Station Improvements The Project is located at 1150 Wyndegate Drive, west of the Egremont Drive intersection. It is located between the properties at 1142 & 1164 Wyndegate Drive. The Project limits are the pump station site property, street right of way, and utility easements within the Town of Orange Park. The major work elements include, but are not limited to, the following: Base Bid: a. Remove existing suction lift pumps, piping, electrical, concrete wetwell and brick and block concrete building b. Remove portions of existing gravity sewer system C. Remove 3 pine trees between 18" and 24" circumference d. Install new modified gravity sewer system and junction manhole to be SpectraShield lined e. Install Town provided 8' Diameter Wetwell sections and wetwell Top Slab. Bottom slab and first riser to be field poured or precast by contractor. Entire wetwell to be SpectraShield lined. (Contact Town PW office directly for inspection) f. Construct new submersible pumps valves and piping g. Install new electrical service and pump control panels h. Install new driveway, site specific fencing (C-13/14) with privacy screening and rock (57 stone type) over landscape fabric inside fence area i. Install new remote telemetry control system (Town specific) and reuse antenna tower Alternate Additive Bid #1 Install landscaping as shown on sheet C-15 under separate alternative bid item The Owner shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor formalities, and any that are in any way incomplete or irregular. The Owner further reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and re-advertise, or to reject all bids/proposals without further action and award the bid/proposal that serves the Owner's best interest, not necessarily the lowest bid.
