No additional services shall be performed until the Contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. Home rehabilitation project includes the following items: A. Carpentry 1. Replace joists as needed to provide stable deck. B. Plumbing 1. Replace kitchen faucet. 2. Replace the toilet located in the upstairs hallway bathroom. 3. Replace the water supply to the toilet, if needed, located in the upstairs hallway bathroom. C. Electrical 1. Smoke alarm installed to current code (communicating/linked 10-year battery minimum or new hard-wired replacements). 2. Replace GFCI to the left of the kitchen sink.
