Septic to Sewer Phases 2 Residential Improvements Question Deadline 03/14/2025 Septic to Sewer Phase 2 Residential Improvements: The Project is located within the Town of Orange Park, Florida. There are 49 residential lots being converted from septic drain fields to grinder pump lift stations for connection to the sewer force mains. The Town will purchase and provide the specified pump station for each location for the contractor to install as part ofthe contract. Install individual wastewater pump stations. Install pump station control panels including all electrical connections. Disconnect sanitary sewer from existing septic tank and reconnect to new pump stations. Install and connect sanitary force main from pump station to constructed connection points. In some cases, install and connect sanitary force main from pump station to existing gravity sanitary sewer mains or manholes. Pressure test installed force mains and pump stations. Decommission existing septic tanks and drain fields. Return sites to existing conditions.
