No additional services shall be performed until the Contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. Home rehabilitation project includes the following items: Plumbing Remove and replace the garbage disposal. Remove and replace the bathtub stopper mechanism or add a push to close stopper. Electrical Smoke alarm installed to current code in three (3) bedrooms within ten (10) feet outside bedroom doors (communicating/linked 10-year battery minimum or new hard-wired replacements). Add GFCI outlet protection as needed, per code. Replace in-use bubble covers on exterior outlets. ADA Install ADA compliant grab bars in both bathrooms and showers (four (4) total). Remove two (2) standard toilets and replace with two (2) ADA comfort height elongated bowl toilets.
