For the Ashby Place 667-1 & 667-2 Development for the Bedford Housing Authority in Bedford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by studio J2 architects. The Project consists of: Common Area Stairwell Flooring Replacement The work is estimated to cost: $142,300.00 Including all alternates Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of Floor Covering. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Bedford Housing Authority.
