As of October 23, 2025, this project is in the design phase. An architect has been selected, but no timeline for construction has been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Pre-Design Services Required for Project WCCW Women's Elder Care Unit for the Department of Corrections in Gig Harbor. Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments. If a firm does not have access to the internet, a copy of the information will be mailed after emailing Ryan Grimes at ryan.grimes@des.wa.gov or calling 360.819.6937.
