Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodstown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 11/6/24, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 11/26/24. The project generally entails milling of existing asphalt roadway, new asphalt roadway, curbing, sidewalk, handicap ramp replacements, improvements to the storm sewer system, signage, striping and top soiling / hydro-seeding. Bids must be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety from an acceptable surety and a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond payable to the Borough of Woodstown in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount but not in excess of $20,000.00. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price Docs notes : Checks Should Be Made Payable to Sickels & Associates, Inc. Sickels & Associates, Inc. May Also Fed Ex the Bidding Documents From the Office. If the Bidder Supplies Their Own Fed Ex Shipping No., Sickels & Associates, Inc. Will Utilize That Information for Shipping. If Bidding Documents Are to Be Mailed, Please Add an Additional Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00). No Refund Shall Be Made for Return Of These Documents The Borough will award the Contract or reject the bids within sixty (60) municipal days after the date of the bid opening. Should there be any reason the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Borough and the bidde
