Site work for a water / sewer project in Meriden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Meriden, Department of Public Utilities (Water/Sewer) seeks the services of a contractor to clean and reline various water mains where needed in the City. The work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and cement-mortar lining of various sizes, as well as adding valves and main line connections thru out Meriden. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Meriden. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. The attention of bidders is directed to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract.
