Notice is Hereby Given That the County of Hudson, New Jersey in Conjunction With The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority and New Jersey Department Of Transportation Will Receive Sealed Proposals From Suitable Qualified Professional Consultants/teams to Perform Professional Engineering Services For Improvements to Jfk Boulevard From W. 63rd Street to Clinton Avenue & Paterson Plank Road From Manhattan Avenue to 7th Street in the City of Jersey Cit/city of Union City, Hudson County Qualifications shall be detailed in the proposal (for the consultant and its sub-consultants) in its own selection of the proposal and shall include a statement of qualifications, detailed experience and expertise, description of relevant projects, and resumes of key personnel. Resumes of each employee should be limited to no more than two pages each. This is a 100% federally funded project and all applicable federal and state laws/regulations will be applied. This project carries and Emerging Business Enterprise (ESBE) minimum goal requirement of 9.95% participation by New Jersey certified ESBE firms. The County reserves the right, in its sole judgment and in accordance with the law, to reject any Respondent that submits incomplete responses to this Request for Proposal or a proposal that is not responsive to the requirements of this Request for Proposal.
