Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of December 6, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** additional site visit note: All bidders who will attend the walkthrough must send an email of intent to the Architect to indicate so by October 8th at 10:00am. This will allow for the Owner to place the name(s) of the attendee(s) on a list of drivers for access to the island bridge by vehicle from Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ. Directions and instruction for meeting will be provided for all who email. Please also email if the intent is to arrive by Ferry to receive the meeting place. All bidder questions shall be presented to the Architect directly by email. Final day for bidder questions is Friday, October 25th. BASE BID: Stabilization of Staff House ceiling and walls. . Provide temporary shoring for ceiling work. . Remove plaster and existing terra cotta ceiling units where shown to install new concrete ribs. . Remove cast iron stack and rebuild portions of wall. . Patch/replace plaster where noted on drawings.
