Reference Number 0000280171 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/22 04:00:00 PM CDT MBLL is seeking proposals from qualified, certified, and experienced contractors to establish a standing offer for Vehicle Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services. We operate a fleet of 86 vehicles across Manitoba, which includes a diverse range of makes and models-both domestic and foreign-powered by diesel, gasoline, and electric. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor, including products, and completed operations, and coverage for non-owned automobiles in the minimum amount of $5,000,000. Said policy shall name MBLL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured. b . Automobile public liability and property damage liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of $5,000,000 on all vehicles owned/operated by the Contractor. c. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and those whom the Contractor is responsible are covered by workers' compensation insurance as required under "The Workers Compensation Act (Manitoba)". d. Employers' Liability Insurance (for employees not covered under the Workers' Compensation Act or similar legislation) shall be required with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence.
