Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and installation of a new two ply modified bitumen roof system, including all required mechanical works and flashing metals as specified. The funds available for this contract are $170,000.00. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and (B) a Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price Commercial General Liability Insurance, in the Amount of at Least Two Million Dollars. ($2,000,000.00) Inclusive, With the City of Winnipeg Added as an Additional Insured, With a Cross-liability Clause, Such Liability Policy to Also Contain Contractual Liability, Unlicensed Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
