Site work and paving for a civil project in Middlesex, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Permanent Road Repair Lower Sunny Brook Road The Town of Middlesex is seeking proposals for repairs to Town highways affected by the 2024 floods. Bids may be for all or some of the projects. This is a FEMA project. Minority and/or women-owned firms as well as firms from labor-surplus areas are encouraged to apply. Scope of Work: Work will include culvert installation, ditching, stone line ditch, restoration of road surface to include final grading and compacting. Two precast concrete box culvers (see attached hydraulic study). Work will include all tools, labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work in a safe and professional manner. Estimated Quantities: Culverts: 1-48"x30' HDPE grey Ditching 1,200'x6'x1' 1,200 lineal feet. Stone Line 8" minus 1,200'x6'x1' 270 . Road Surface 1/2mile x 20' x 4" average depth 670 . Precast Concrete Box Culverts 2 ea. Bids to include anticipated start and completion dates. The Town of Middlesex reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
