This contract is for a project which consists of the construction of an approximately 7,983 square foot, two-bay drive-through EMS station with administrative, support, and living areas. The work will include site/civil, general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering. CIP PROJECT #50051, 23062.01, 20235218.001A EMS 2 is essentially a "carbon copy" of EMS 4; only the site conditions are different. All of the answers to the questions related to the EMS 4 building have been incorporated into the EMS 2 bid documents. Project Location: Undeveloped County Site, located along Route 40 in North East, MD. Project Address: 498 Charlestown Crossing Blvd., North East, MD 21901 Project Description: The construction of an approximately 7,983 SF, two-bay drive-through EMS station with administrative, support, and living areas. The work will include site/civil, general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering.
