Site work for a civil project in Oronogo, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of December 27, 2024, project was awarded to Jeff Asbell Excavating but awarded amount is not available. The Scope of Work includes tree clearing, detention basin berm grading, import of fill material, new box culvert, weir wall, and rip-rap. Work shall include all other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. All easements have not been acquired, and until they are, construction will not start on that land until it is. The City of Oronogo anticipates issuing notice to proceed in Spring 2025. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Oronogo hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, And to Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner.
