Renovation of an educational facility in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of services will include assistance to the State during the process of design, construction, and warranty period. Specific tasks to be performed by the Design/Build Entity (D/B) include those generally performed by the D/B construction community where the Designer is also the Contractor. Anticipated Design Start Mar. 3, 2025 Anticipated Construction Start/Finish May - August 2025, Phase 1 ACC has funding for the first phase with total project budget of $1,653,337 and anticipates that this will be adequate for hardware replacement and access control in Annex and a portion of Main buildings. Construction documents for this and later phases needed to complete the entire campus scope are to be produced in this phase. ACC has requested funding for the second phase and will learn if successful in May 2025. There is no guarantee of funding for following phases (but we are hopeful). If successful with securing additional funding, ACC will seek approval to have the same Design/Build Entity remain in place for following phases.
