Minimum Qualifications: Minimum mandatory qualifications of Bidders are: Contractor must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience transporting and handling each chemical. The Contractor must currently deliver carbon to at least five (5) facilities. These facilities must be of similar magnitude and scope to this project, potable water plants in Colorado with drinking water production greater than 3 mgd. A minimum of three (3) references related to three of the five plants listed in Section II.D.2 above is required.
