Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-129 as amended, Macon County will accept sealed bids for 911 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for Macon County Emergency Services. The contract for the same will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the proposal for the performance of the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Minority businesses, womens businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids
