Wwtp Digester Improvements, Phase 2 in General, the Work Consists of a New Fixed Cover Digester, a New Membrane Digester Cover, New Boilers and Heat Exchangers, and Improvements to the Digester Gas and Sludge Piping. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The Engineers Estimate for the project is $8,000,000.00 The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Question Deadline 11/04/2024 at 9:00 AM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
