Renovation of an educational facility in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of roof replacement at the Jefferson County School District - Jefferson County Middle School - (various roofs) 1180 SE Kemper Way, Madras, Oregon. Scope of work includes, but is not limited, on the defined roof areas, to the complete removal of the existing roofing down to the structural building framing, installation of new deck to engineer's defined standards, perimeter nailers, vapor retarder, insulation underlayment sheet and concealed fasteners for a metal standing seam system and specified components and all incidentals to complete the warrantable specified system.
