Request for Proposals - Park and Green Space Maintenance The City of Madras (the "City") is informally soliciting proposals from qualifiedcontractors to provide Park and Green Space Maintenance. The Park and Green Space Maintenance include, without limitation, mowing, weedeating, bush trimming, and weed control. The contractor will be responsible forproviding the mowing and weed eating on a weekly basis, with shrub trimmingand weed control on a as needed basis. Additional green space maintenance willinclude watering the flowerpots located on the corners along 4th Street and 5thStreet on Saturday and Sunday from Mid-May to end of September. Proposals received after the deadline date/time may notbe considered. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/orwaive any and all formalities if in the City's best interests.
