**As of November 22, 2024, project was awarded to XIT Solutions, awarded amount is $187,410.47.* The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.
