Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Fairmont, West Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of December 11, 2024, The owner decided to not award this project, no definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of the construction of a new chlorine building including but not limited to the building and its components, utilities, miscellaneous plumbing, site grading, and gravel access road. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 11/01/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
