Perform the Work in 584 calendar days. A single-story warehouse storage facility with one third of the space used by another tenant. The 55,758 SF warehouse and sales area consists of a replacement fire suppression system, completely redesigned office, breakroom, and bathroom facilities, a conference room, new warehouse staff workstations, relocated EV chargers, updated landscaping including a front entry sign, and an addition under an existing canopy for a new sales area. This sales area will include insulated metal panel walls, and a glass entrance vestibule. Scopes include: Demolition, CIP, masonry, Steel, bollards, Rough Carpentry/Millwork, Insulation, air barriers, metal wall panels, roofing, gutter/downspouts, doors/frames/hardware, OH doors, storefront, glazing, window film, gypsum assemblies, ACT, resilient flooring, carpet tile, wall coverings, painting, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, fire protection specialties, metal lockers, loading dock equipment, canopies, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sitework, erosion control, grading, asphalt, exterior concrete, fencing with gates, utilities, and landscaping.
